As your birth doula, I will respect and protect your space and keep a calm and peaceful environment during labour and birth.
I hope to encourage and support you to follow your intuition and to step into your power as you make choices that feel right for you and your family.
I will help you to prepare for your birth and can help you with your birth plan and postnatal care plan, signposting you to any relevant, evidence based information. I will also be there for your birth partner and will assist you both in any way I can to help you have the experience you want.
I offer hypnobirthing, massages and rebozo techniques to provide comfort and relief and can also offer these in labour if you find it helpful.
It is an honour to be able to support you as you bring your baby into the world.
